Nope.

Nope. I’m not sick of shooting owls yet.

Gotcha! This is a full frame shot so I can print it big (coming soon to my wall at home)

wolves before sunrise

I had to take Janie and Vivi to the airport this morning at 6:00am… So I decided to go chase wolves after I dropped them off, maybe I’d get lucky, right?  I found a pack of 5 (two black and three gray) about a half hour before sunrise. Dark. But I found them. They were headed uphill, away from me. So I really only got long-distance silhouette shots of them on ridges, but it was fun nonetheless. At least I’m adding to my wolf collection…  Not gonna win any awards with these but I think I made the best of the situation.

Three wolves heading uphill (see the black one in the shadows?)

It was dark.  This camera is amazing at low-light photography. Here’s the exif info on the first shot for any photographers who care:  ISO: 5600 Exposure: 1/80 sec Aperture: 4.0
